Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Tuesdays

Beginning Yoga Flow @ 19:00, 60 mins

Suitable for those who are just starting their yoga practice. You can expect a flowing class, with a mindful focus on exploring the basic form of the postures. We will build strength and flexibility as well as exploring the breath and the mind through meditation.

Vinyasa Flow @ 20:00, 60 mins

Suitable for those who are familiar with the classic ashtanga vinyasa postures and are looking for a guided dynamic style of yoga. We will also explore meditation and the breath as well as taking the time to work on more challenging postures, such as inversions and arm balances.

£10 per class, or £50 for 6 week pass (valid for 8 weeks)


Mindful Friday: Unwind and Recharge

Join us for this new monthly class to transition from the week into the weekend. Using gentle asana (postures) to unwind the body, we will then explore the therapeutic benefits of pranayama (breathwork), mindful meditation and chanting to recharge your mind and spirit.

Pregnancy Yoga Class

Wednesdays @ 19:00, 70 mins

Private Sessions

You may benefit from one-to-one teaching due to a specific medical need, wanting to fit yoga around your schedule, to meet your goals and deepen your yoga practice or simply for a more tailored individual experience.

Please contact me if you are interested in private yoga classes, either 1:1, couples or small group sessions. I would love to work with you!

Prices start at £50 for an hour for an individual, £75 for a couple.


Yoga in the Workplace

The benefits of yoga are now widely recognised in the West, from the dynamic physical postures, to the breathing techniques and mindful focus that are taught in classes. These all help to create the mental calm experienced by many after a yoga class and are invaluable techniques in our busy and often stressful working lives.

If you are interested in running yoga classes in your workplace, it would be great to hear from you. Example options include a 45 minute lunchtime session or after work classes at your workplace. I am also a trained coach (ILM) and facilitator (CIPD) and would be delighted to work with you on additional packages you feel would be right for your business.
