A warm welcome to you. I'm Holly and I'm a yoga teacher living in Alton in Hampshire, England.

​

I specialise in Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Krama and Kirtan (Bhakti Yoga).

​

I am a Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher (over 2,000 hours teaching experience), with over 500 hours of completed training.

​​

I first found yoga as a teenager, but it wasn’t until my late 20s that I invited the practice into my daily life. Yoga has helped me to be more compassionate, humble and receptive. Pranayama (breath work) calms my anxieties and chanting helps me connect deeply inwards to order to connect deeply outwards, to other humans and the more than human world.

​

It is through teaching that I hope to spread the wondrous effects of this practice. 

​
