Nourish your body, heart and mind with yoga for pregnancy. In our time together we will make space to support you to prepare, physically and emotionally, for the gateway of transformation that is birth.

Practicing pregnancy yoga regularly will support you to connect to the infinite wisdom already within you, equip you with practices to alleviate minor discomforts in your pregnancy, and get to know other women sharing this time with you.

We practice in a circle so that you each have plenty of space to move. The circle shape creates a supportive environment as we share at the beginning of class. Many beautiful friendships have blossomed over conversations around heartburn and growing baby bumps!

In each class you can look forward to:

  • A calming and rejuvenating Yoga flow

  • Strengthening the body for an active birth

  • Pelvic floor preparation

  • Breathing for pregnancy and birth

  • Guided relaxation

  • Mantra and affirmation to support your journey

  • A safe and non judgemental circle space to connect to others

If you purchase a term of classes and your baby arrives before the end of the term, you may transfer the remaining classes to Mother and Baby Yoga.

Please note, I do not offer refunds for packs except in exceptional circumstances. I can offer a recording of a previous class if you are unable to make one of the sessions.

“Holly’s pregnancy yoga classes were such a valuable opportunity for me to take time out of busy day to day life and really allowed me to connect to my baby, my body and the journey of becoming a mother.

The classes offered great physical benefits to ease aches and pains and prepare for the birth, as well as a safe, warm, compassionate space to nurture my emotional well-being.It was so helpful to connect to other women, hear their stories and ask questions too, helped normalise a lot of anxieties!

Holly is such a kind, generous, beautiful soul and so thoughtful in her teaching. I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to attend her classes and would highly recommend them to any expectant mums.”

''When I ran into a bit of complication at 26 weeks in my pregnancy I was encouraged to try sedate ways of staying active (having been a runner up until that point). With trepidation, I booked into a Yoga class with Holly.

I was willing to give it a try but I knew deep down it wouldn’t be for me (how wrong I was!).

The inclusive, nurturing, calm and safe space that Holly held was so warm and friendly that I became an instant Yoga convert.

Meeting Holly and having such a positive introduction to Yoga inspired me to a lifelong devotion to Yoga practice.

Holly is attentive, gentle, warm and caring and brings all those qualities to her teaching. Every time I leave Holly’s class I feel grounded, strong and peaceful.''
