Our classes will support the natural healing of your own body, and your journey as a mother.

Early motherhood (whether this is your first or fourth child) is a precious time of transformation. The practices of yoga support your arrival and continuation into this phase of your life, by reminding you that you have everything you need within you already.

In each class you can look forward to:

-
An energising yoga flow adaptable to your energy levels
-
Strengthening the core of your body (including pelvic floor)
-
Movements and songs for your baby
-
Guided meditation and relaxations
-
Mantra and sound work to support your journey
-
Time to share in our circle how you and baby are doing

We are a safe and non-judgmental space for you to bring your full, beautiful post partum self. Know that the joy and richness of these early months is as welcome as any tiredness, sadness and messiness!

*These classes can also be attended by parents/carers who have not birthed their babies.
'I look forward to this group every week with my little lad. It's been incredibly healing and powerful in our journey after Tobey was poorly. It brings me calm and a pause ready for the week ahead. Holly is wonderful and has created an amazing space. She is very experienced and so lovely to be taught by, a very supportive class and I'm so happy we joined.'

'I’ve been attending Holly’s yoga classes since my son was 2 months old, we both look forward to our yoga class together every single week. It’s a fantastic class with a lovely friendly energy. Highly recommend Holly’s classes to any new mums out there.'

'I met Holly in a normal yoga class and I’ve been doing yoga with her since then, afterwards I joined her classes while I was pregnant and then with my baby since she was 6w old (she is now 6m and we will continue for as long as we can) Holly is amazing! She knows a lot and she teaches with patience and love. She is caring and always wanting to give the best of herself! I would always recommend her'
