An invitation for women of all ages and walks of life to come together in a safe and sacred circle space.

This ancient practice of sharing and learning with each other, combined with a fluid, embodied Yoga practice, will be an invaluable way of taking care of yourself.
Suitable for complete beginners and experienced yoga practioners alike.
What is a Women's Yoga Circle? What can I expect?

Women's circles are a deeply nourishing experience.
They remind us of the importance of really listening to ourselves and others.
​
Each circle contains verbal and non-verbal elements.
There will be discussion and sharing, and also movement and embodiment practices.

Each circle will include different practices such as:

Sharing circle (space to talk- always included!)
Gentle Yoga practices
Journalling
Guided meditations and visualisations
Poetry readings and stories
Music
Voice and breath work

Everything we do is entirely optional.
