Candlelit Yin Yoga

These classes offer a deeply nourishing and relaxing practice in order to bring the body and mind into a restful state for the weekend.


Join me for one or both of these evenings delving into the releasing and introspective practice of yin yoga. We will be holding (mostly seated or reclined) poses for between 2-5 minutes in order to work deeper into the body tissues.

Meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and a guided relaxation will all help to support the nervous system shift into relaxation ready for a good night’s sleep.


These classes have a seasonal focus, with tools and techniques designed to bring the body into balance at different times of year.
